- We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Exceptions: Final sale items, clearance items, or items received as a promotion
2. Conditions for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- In a saleable condition
- Exceptions: Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a return or exchange even outside the 30-day window.
3. How to Initiate a Return:

- Include your order number and reason for return in your communication. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

- Items marked as "final sale”, custom or "clearance" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
