Thank you for your interest in the Level 1 Complex (L1C) program. Please review the following terms before submitting your booking request. Payments This booking form is for registration purposes only. No payment is taken at this stage. Once your application is reviewed, we will contact you directly with next steps for payment. Students paying privately will receive an invoice. VAC-funded students will receive an invoice. Payment is expected once funds are deposited into your account. You remain responsible for ensuring tuition is paid in full before training begins. Cancellations & Rescheduling Since no payment is collected at this stage, there are no penalties for withdrawing your booking request. Once training dates are confirmed and invoices issued, cancellations and rescheduling will be subject to our standard terms, which will be provided at that time. Prerequisites It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet all Transport Canada requirements for the chosen program, including: Holding a valid Advanced RPAS Certificate (required for L1C enrolment). Meeting any documentation or equipment requirements. Weather & Operational Delays Flight training and reviews are weather-dependent. In the event of unsuitable conditions, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Safety always takes priority. Agreement By submitting this booking request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the listed prerequisites. You also acknowledge that final confirmation of your place in the program will be provided once payment arrangements are completed.
