Basic Drone Training

Dip your toes into the drone industry with this introductory course! Get confident with the theory and concepts related to flying a drone with this online program. The objective of VEdTS Basic Drone Training is to provide you with the knowledge requirements to pass the Transport Canada Basic Drone Pilot Exam and fly a drone safely as a recreational drone pilot.

The Canadian Drone Pilot Industrial Applications Course equips drone operators with advanced skills for working in the drone industry, covering areas like photography, videography, LiDAR, and thermography. With 18 modules and hands-on training using state-of-the-art drones like the DJI M30T and Matrice 300, students gain the technical and business expertise needed for success in the field.
