REFUND POLICY:

1. Return Window:

• We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
• Exceptions: Final sale items, clearance items, or items received as a promotion

2. Conditions for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In their original packaging
  • In a saleable condition
• Exceptions: Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a return or exchange even outside the 30-day window.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

• Please contact our customer service team at letsfly@vedts.ca or
• 431-338-5572 to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
• Include your order number and reason for return in your communication. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Options:

• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange to the original payment method.

5. Final Sale Items:

• Items marked as "final sale”, custom or "clearance" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
